RETURN POLICY
30-Day Returns Need to return something? Not a problem. Send back any product you change your mind about within 30 days of receipt (see your packing slip for final return date). We will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping and handling charges.
As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact.
If you believe a product was shipped in error from FlyboySupply.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Open and/or Damaged Items must have an RMA number obtained from Customer Service.
We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. The packing slip that came with your order shows the final date by which we can accept the return.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged.
Directions for General Returns You may use the carrier of your choice. Simply address your return package to the FlyboySupply.com return address shown at the front of your packing slip. Then take your package to the carrier of your choice. If returning an open or damaged item you must call customer service and request an RMA number. Return shipping is at your expense.
General Merchandise Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
1. Fill out the return section on the back of the packing slip that came with your order, including the appropriate Reason Code for each item you are returning. -If returning an open or damaged item be sure to include your RMA number. 2. We suggest that you make a copy of both sides of the packing slip for your records. 3. Please address your package to the FlyboySupply.com address located on the front of your packing slip. 4. Pack the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip, in an appropriately sized box. 5. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request a delivery confirmation. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.

6. We will email you to confirm receipt of your return package. After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card originally used to place the order. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

When Will My Credit Card be Credited? Once your return has been received and accepted, please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping? Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice.

Late Returns We can accept returned merchandise for up to 30 days from the date you originally received it. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day return period cannot be accepted for a refund, and your package will be returned to you. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
Software For copyright reasons we can not accept returns on any CD, DVD, or any media that has been opened, this includes the package in which it was originally shipped.
No Exchanges FlyboySupply.com strives to offer you great merchandise at great prices everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise If you believe a product was shipped in error from FlyboySupply.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service so we can resolve the problem. Defective items must be reported within 7 days. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
